22 Power to summons a person to attend an inquiry etc.

(1) This section applies if a Judge or magistrate reasonably believes that a person has information, documents or other things that are relevant to an inquiry. (2) The Judge or magistrate may, by written notice given to the person, summons the person to attend the inquiry on a specified day to do either or both of the following: (a) give evidence; (b) produce any documents or other things referred to in the summons. (3) The specified day must be at least 14 days after the summons is given to the person.
