20 Inquiries
(1) A Judge or magistrate may adjourn an inquiry from time to time and from place to place. (2) A Judge or magistrate may conduct an inquiry without regard to legal forms and technicalities. (3) A person who is given an opportunity to be heard at an inquiry, or the person’s barrister or solicitor, may examine or cross‑examine witnesses and address the Judge or magistrate holding the inquiry.
