25 Interpretation
(1) In this Subdivision: (a) a reference to a Registrar shall be read as a reference to a Registrar of Ministers of Religion; and (b) a reference to a register shall be read as a reference to a register kept for the purposes of this Subdivision. (2) For the purposes of this Subdivision, a person who is serving outside Australia as a member of the Defence Force and was, immediately before the person became a member of the Defence Force, ordinarily resident in a State or Territory shall be deemed, while the person is so serving, to be ordinarily resident in that State or Territory.
