107 Amendments made by the Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Issuing Body Processes) Regulation 2016
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the amendments of these Regulations made by Schedule 2 to the Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Issuing Body Processes) Regulation 2016 apply in relation to the following: (a) a decision of the Secretary made on or after 1 November 2016 to revoke the authorisation of a body as an issuing body (including such a decision made on the basis of matters that arose before that day); (b) any other event referred to in subregulation 6.07ZA(1) that occurs on or after 1 November 2016. (2) The amendments of these Regulations made by Schedule 2 to the Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Issuing Body Processes) Regulation 2016 apply in relation to an application for the Secretary to revoke the authorisation of a body as an issuing body made on or after 1 November 2016.
