#### 103 Applications for MSICs The amendments of these Regulations made by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Job Ready Status) Regulation 2015 apply in relation to an application for an MSIC made on or after the commencement of that Part. > Note: Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Job Ready Status) Regulation 2015 commenced on 15 December 2015.
