85 Cancelling ISSCs
The Secretary must, by written notice given to the ship operator for a regulated Australian ship, cancel the ISSC for the ship if either of the following occurs: (a) there is no longer a ship security plan in force for the ship; (b) the ship is no longer ISSC verified.
