#### 82 Conditions for giving an ISSC
The Secretary must give a ship operator an ISSC for a regulated Australian ship if:
(a) the ship operator has applied for an ISSC for the ship; and
(b) there is a ship security plan in force for the ship; and
(c) the ship is ISSC verified.
