#### 64 Complying with ship security plans of other ships (1) The operations of a regulated Australian ship must not hinder or obstruct compliance with the ship security plan of another ship. (2) If the operations of a regulated Australian ship (the first regulated ship) hinder or obstruct compliance with the ship security plan of another ship, either or both of the following may be subject to a ship enforcement order (see section 195) or an injunction under section 197: (a) the ship operator for the first regulated ship; (b) the master of the first regulated ship. > Note: Obligations on regulated foreign ships are set out in Division 2 of Part 5.
