29 Notifying declarations covering areas within security regulated ports
If the Secretary declares that a maritime security level is in force for an area within a security regulated port, the Secretary must, as soon as practicable, notify: (a) the maritime industry participant who controls the area; and (b) if the maritime industry participant is not the port operator—the port operator.
