sec.7 Establishment of MSQ
Maritime Safety Queensland ( MSQ ) is established. MSQ consists of— the general manager; and employees employed under section 12 ; and other employees employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 7 amd 2008 No. 31 s 7 ; 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.7-ssec.1) Maritime Safety Queensland ( MSQ ) is established. (sec.7-ssec.2) MSQ consists of— the general manager; and employees employed under section 12 ; and other employees employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
- (a) the general manager; and
- (b) employees employed under section 12 ; and
- (c) other employees employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
