sec.12L Disposal of public records
This section applies if— a thing is done under a transfer notice or section 12G ; and the thing is, or involves, a disposal of a public record under the Public Records Act 2023 . To remove any doubt, it is declared that, for the purpose of section 23 of that Act, the public record is disposed of under legal authority. s 12L ins 2013 No. 40 s 9 amd 2023 No. 33 s 107 sch 5 (sec.12L-ssec.1) This section applies if— a thing is done under a transfer notice or section 12G ; and the thing is, or involves, a disposal of a public record under the Public Records Act 2023 . (sec.12L-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that, for the purpose of section 23 of that Act, the public record is disposed of under legal authority.
- (a) a thing is done under a transfer notice or section 12G ; and
- (b) the thing is, or involves, a disposal of a public record under the Public Records Act 2023 .
