sec.10 Appointment of general manager
The Governor in Council appoints the general manager for MSQ (the general manager ). The general manager is to be employed as a senior executive under the Public Sector Act 2022 . However, despite the Public Sector Act 2022 , the general manager is to be paid the remuneration decided by the Governor in Council. s 10 amd 2008 No. 31 s 8 ; 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 ; 2024 No. 2 s 10 ; 2024 No. 45 s 133B (sec.10-ssec.1) The Governor in Council appoints the general manager for MSQ (the general manager ).
