For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of Australian law in section 8 of the Act, the following laws are prescribed: (a) the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004; (b) the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005; (c) the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Act 2003; (d) the Maritime Transport and Offshore Facilities Security Regulations 2003.
