#### 58 Obtaining readings A maritime officer may read, make readings from, or require the person in charge of a vessel, installation or aircraft to show the officer readings of, navigational or other instruments that relate to the operations of a vessel, installation or aircraft. > Note: It is an offence to fail to comply with a requirement under this section: see section 103.
