11Continuous exercise of powers

#### 11 Continuous exercise of powers (1) For the purposes of this Act, the continuous exercise of powers does not end only because there is a period of time between the exercise of one or more of those powers. (2) To avoid doubt, a continuous exercise of powers does not end merely because the destination to which a vessel, aircraft or person is to be taken (or caused to be taken) is changed to a different place under subsection 69(3A) or 72(4B).
