#### 106 Identity cards (1) The Minister may issue an identity card to a maritime officer. (2) The identity card must: (a) contain a recent photograph of the officer; and (b) be in a form approved in writing by the Minister. (3) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person has been issued with an identity card under subsection (1); and (b) the person ceases to be a maritime officer; and (c) the person does not immediately return the identity card to the Minister or a person nominated by the Minister. Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
