#### 101 Person to be brought before magistrate The officer must: (a) take the person, or make arrangements for the person to be taken, as soon as practicable, before a magistrate; or (b) deliver the person, or make arrangements for the person to be delivered, on land, as soon as practicable, to: (i) the Australian Federal Police; or (ii) the police force of a State or Territory; or (iii) if the arrest relates to an offence against another law—a person with the power to arrest, or the power to deal with a person who has been arrested, under that law.
