Part 1—Definition
1 In this Schedule, recognised appraiser means—
(a) a certifying body accredited by the Joint Accreditation Scheme of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ); or
(b) a laboratory with National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) accreditation; or
(c) a notified body in accordance with the instrument titled "Directive 2014/90/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on marine equipment and repealing Council Directive 96/98/EC" as amended from time to time; or
(d) a body approved by the Safety Director.
