98 Prescribed records to be kept by pilotage services providers

(1) For the purposes of section 246(d) of the Act, a copy of the safety management system that the provider must have, as required by the condition set out in regulation 97(a), is prescribed.

(2) A pilotage services provider must give a copy of the safety management system referred to in subregulation (1) to the Safety Director no later than 48 hours after a request for a copy from the Safety Director.
