87 Prescribed measuring devices
(1) For the purposes of section 293 of the Act, the prescribed measuring devices are the laser devices known by any of the following names—
(a) the LTI 20-20 UltraLyte LR;
(b) the ProLaser III;
(c) the Pro-Lite;
(d) the Pro-Lite+;
(e) the ProLaser 4.
(2) A measuring device referred to in subregulation (1) must be configured to measure speed in knots.
