(1) Transport for NSW may authorise a person to issue and affix hull identification numbers for the purposes of clause 87.
(2) A person authorised under this clause must comply with any written directions of Transport for NSW in relation to the issuing or attaching of hull identification numbers.
Maximum penalty (subclause (2)): 50 penalty units.
