74 Applications for marine safety licences
> > (1) An application for a marine safety licence must—
> >
> > > (a) be made to the responsible regulator in the form approved by the responsible regulator, and
> >
> > > (b) be accompanied by the particulars and documents required by the responsible regulator (including, for example, medical assessments), and
> >
> > > (c) be accompanied by such proof of identity documentation as is required by the responsible regulator, and
> >
> > > (d) be accompanied by the relevant fee specified in Schedule 11, and
> >
> > > (e) comply with any other requirements of this Part in relation to applications for the type of marine safety licence concerned.

> > (2) A reference in this Division to an application for a marine safety licence includes a reference to an application for a further marine safety licence whether or not made before or after the expiry of the previous licence.
>
> > (3) The responsible regulator may waive any of the requirements of this Regulation in relation to an application for a further marine safety licence.
