#### 53 Operation of personal watercraft between sunset and sunrise 53 Operation of personal watercraft between sunset and sunrise > > (1) A person must not operate a personal watercraft between sunset and sunrise, except in accordance with an aquatic licence. > > > (2) The owner of a personal watercraft must not permit a person to operate the personal watercraft between sunset and sunrise unless the watercraft is operated in accordance with an aquatic licence. > > > (3) This clause does not apply to a police officer, or a member of staff of Transport for NSW, acting in the exercise of his or her functions. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
