38 Speed limit of 8 knots
(1) This clause applies to the navigable waters of Sydney Cove within the meaning of Schedule 6.
(2) A person must not operate a vessel in Sydney Cove at a speed of more than 8 knots.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
