31 Limits on the conduct of surveys
An accredited marine surveyor must not perform a survey of a domestic commercial vessel, or provide services in relation to such a survey: (a) in a category of surveying in relation to which the surveyor is not accredited; or (b) if the accreditation is subject to a limitation or condition on the work that can be performed by the surveyor in a category of surveying—in contravention of the limitation or condition.
