26 Notice of accreditation
(1) The National Regulator must notify an applicant for accreditation of the decision on the application within 90 days after receiving the application.
Note: For the requirements for the giving of a notice about a reviewable decision, see subsection 48(1).
(2) However, the time for giving the notice is extended: (a) if information required to be included with the application under section 22 is not provided—by the number of days taken for the information to be provided; and (b) if the National Regulator requires a thing to be done under section 23—by the number of days in the period beginning on the date the National Regulator notifies the applicant of the requirement and ending on the date on which the thing is done.
