#### 9 Charging of fees by States etc. not prevented This Act does not prevent a State or the Northern Territory, or an agency of a State or the Northern Territory, charging a fee in relation to a thing done under the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law of the Commonwealth by a delegate of the National Regulator, or an accredited person, who is an officer or employee of that State, the Northern Territory or that agency.
