#### 77 Regulations may make provision in relation to the issue, variation and revocation of certificates and unique identifiers (1) Without limiting section 75, the regulations may make provision for and in relation to the following: (a) criteria that must be satisfied in order for the National Regulator to issue certificates or unique identifiers, or to vary or revoke certificates; (b) the time limits within which applications are to be determined; (c) the information to be included in certificates; (d) the person in whose name certificates are to be issued; (e) conditions to which certificates are subject; (f) conditions that the National Regulator may impose upon certificates; (g) the time at which certificates, variations of certificates, suspensions of certificates and revocations of certificates come into force; (h) the time at which certificates or suspensions cease to be in force; (i) the methods of replacing certificates; (j) registers of certificates and unique identifiers; (k) the criteria to be met for variation of certificates: (i) on application; or (ii) on the initiative of the National Regulator; (l) procedures relating to notification of proposed decisions by the National Regulator. (2) The criteria that may be prescribed for the purposes of subsection (1)(a) include, but are not limited to, criteria relating to compliance with standards prescribed as mentioned in section 159. (3) The conditions that may be prescribed for the purposes of subsections (1)(e) and (f) include, but are not limited to, conditions relating to compliance with standards prescribed as mentioned in section 159.
