61 Person may apply for variation, suspension or revocation of a certificate of competency

(1) A person may apply to the National Regulator for a variation, suspension or revocation of a certificate of competency held by the person. (2) The application must be in accordance with the regulations and must be accompanied by the fee prescribed by the regulations (if any).
