#### 58 Regulations may provide for certificate of competency (1) The regulations may make provision in relation to certificates of competency. (2) The regulations may require that an individual hold a certificate of competency of a particular kind in order to undertake particular duties, or perform particular functions, in the person’s capacity as the master or a member of the crew of a domestic commercial vessel. (3) The regulations may provide for different classes of certificates of competency.
