4 Adoption of Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law
The Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law set out in Schedule 1 to this Act, and regulations and other legislative instruments made under that Law: (a) apply as a law of this jurisdiction; and (b) as so applying, may be referred to as the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law of the Commonwealth.
