#### 164 Incorporation of material, etc.
Despite section 14 of the Legislation Act 2003 of the Commonwealth, the regulations and Marine Orders may make provision for or in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating any matter contained in any written instrument in force or existing from time to time, including but not limited to:
(a) the National Standard for Commercial Vessels; and
(b) the Uniform Shipping Laws Code.
