#### 152 Disclosure of information by certain persons to the National Regulator Any of the following may disclose to the National Regulator information (including personal information) that may be relevant to the administration of this Law: (a) a delegate or sub‑delegate of the National Regulator; (b) a maritime safety inspector; (c) an accredited person; (d) an approved training organisation. > Note: Section 11 of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act 1990 of the Commonwealth authorises the National Regulator to disclose information (including personal information).
