#### 146 Offence of breaching a condition of exemption (all persons)
(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) an exemption under section 143 in relation to the person is subject to a condition; and
(b) the person breaches the condition.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
