94 Reporting of reportable incidents to Safe Transport Victoria
The owner or master of a domestic commercial vessel or regulated Australian vessel, other than a vessel that is a customs vessel, that is involved in a reportable incident must report, in writing, the full particulars of the incident to Safe Transport Victoria as soon as possible after the incident occurs.
