40 Safe Transport Victoria may impose registration conditions

(1) Safe Transport Victoria may, at the time of registering a recreational vessel, make the registration subject to conditions.

(2) A condition of registration imposed under subsection (1) must not restrict the distance offshore that a recreational vessel may be operated based on the length of the vessel.
