349 Pilotage services provider registration (1) A pilotage services provider who was registered under section 26K of the Marine Act and whose registration is in effect immediately before the commencement day is, on that day, taken to be registered under section 241. (2) In addition, a certificate of registration issued to a person referred to in subsection (1) under section 26N of the Marine Act is, on the commencement day, taken to be a certificate of registration issued under section 243.
