333 Variations to personal watercraft endorsements on application by holder of a personal watercraft endorsement (a) the holder of an operator licence has, before the commencement day, applied to the Director for a variation to a personal watercraft endorsement or a condition on a personal watercraft endorsement under section 118(5) or 119 of the Marine Act and the Marine Regulations; and (b) the Director has not made a decision in respect of the application before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Safety Director must make a decision in respect of the application in accordance with that Act and those regulations as if they were in force. (3) In subsection (2), ***make a decision*** includes make a decision on an internal review under regulation 738 of the Marine Regulations if applied for. (4) A variation of a personal watercraft endorsement or to a condition of a personal watercraft endorsement that is made as provided under this section is, on the day that variation takes effect, taken to be a variation of the licence endorsement on the marine licence to which the endorsement relates.
