331 Renewals of operator licences (1) An application for the renewal of a general operator licence made under regulation 708 of the Marine Regulations in respect of which the Director has not made a decision before the commencement day is, on and after that day, taken to be an application for the renewal of a general marine licence to which section 53(4) applies. (2) An application for the renewal of a restricted operator licence made under regulation 708 of the Marine Regulations in respect of which the Director has not made a decision before the commencement day is, on and after that day, taken to be an application for the renewal of a restricted marine licence to which section 54(4) applies.
