325 Processes for cancellations of registrations of vessels (a) the Director has, before the commencement day, commenced a process to cancel the registration of a Marine Act vessel under section 11 of the Marine Act and the Marine Regulations; and (b) the registration has not been cancelled in accordance with that process before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Safety Director must complete the process for the cancellation of the registration in accordance with that Act and those regulations as if they were in force. (3) If the Safety Director decides to cancel the registration of the vessel, the registration of the vessel to which this section relates, is taken to be cancelled on the day the decision takes effect. (4) To avoid doubt, section 320 applies to a registration of a vessel to which this section applies.
