324 Processes for suspensions of registrations of vessels (a) the Director has, before the commencement day, commenced a process to suspend the registration of a Marine Act vessel under section 11 of the Marine Act and the Marine Regulations; and (b) the registration has not been suspended in accordance with that process before that day. (2) On and after the commencement day, the Safety Director must complete the process for the suspension of the registration in accordance with that Act and those regulations as if they were in force. (3) A suspension of a registration of a vessel to which this section applies is, on that suspension taking effect, taken to be a suspension under Part 4.6. (4) To avoid doubt, section 320 applies to a registration of a vessel to which this section applies.
