(1) Safe Transport Victoria may vary a permission record to correct any error or omission in it and issue a replacement permission record.

(2) Safe Transport Victoria may cancel a permission record if the permission record was issued or renewed in error.
(3) In this section, ***permission record*** has the same meaning as it has in section 163.
