271F Accreditation S. 271F(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.151(a)). (1) Subject to subsection (2), Safe Transport Victoria may grant an accreditation to provide a prescribed service to a person who has made an application under section 271D. (2) Safe Transport Victoria must not grant an accreditation to a person to provide a prescribed service unless Safe Transport Victoria is satisfied that the person has the competence and capacity to provide the prescribed service. (3) An accreditation granted under this section may be subject to conditions— S. 271F(3)(a) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.151(a)).
