250 Declaration
Safe Transport Victoria, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may declare a part of State waters as waters in which a licensed pilot is required to be engaged.
Note to s. 250 amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.122).
In making a declaration under this section Safe Transport Victoria must have regard to guidelines made by the Minister under section 31A of the **Transport Integration Act 2010**: see section 258(2).
