249 Offence to act as a pilot without a pilot licence or pilot exemption A person must not act as a pilot unless that person— S. 249(a) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.120). (a) holds a pilot licence granted by Safe Transport Victoria under this Part that is in effect; or (b) is a master who holds a pilot exemption granted under this Part that is in effect.
