202B Determination of the standards for emergency response capabilities of towage vessels
S. 202B(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.82).
(1) Subject to this Part, Safe Transport Victoria, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may determine standards for the emergency response capability (including fire-fighting capability) of a towage vessel or a class of towage vessel required to be provided at a commercial trading port as part of a towage service.
(2) A determination under subsection (1) must set out the reasons for the making of a determination.
