185 Safe Transport Victoria may make a rule that is consequential to a rule request S. 185(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.66(a)). (1) Safe Transport Victoria may, having regard to a request to make a rule under section 194 make a rule that is necessary or consequential to the rule that is to be made on that request. S. 185(2) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.66(b)). (2) For the purposes of this Part, Safe Transport Victoria must treat a rule it may make under subsection (1) as if it were part of the rule to be made on that request. S. 186 amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 107.10), repealed by No. 55/2017 s. 15.
