159 Powers of entry in relation to lights
S. 159(1) amended by No. 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 7.41).
(1) If a notice served under item 25 of Schedule 1 is not complied with, a person authorised by Safe Transport Victoria for the purposes of this section may do all or any of the following—
(a) enter any premises and take possession of the light;
(b) order that the light be forfeited;
(c) do anything in relation to the light that the notice required the owner or other person to do.
(2) A person on whom a notice under item 25 of Schedule 1 is served must comply with the notice.
