#### 70A Public register 70A Public register > > (1) Transport for NSW must establish and keep a register (the register) of vessels to which a statutory notice relates if— > > > > > (a) the Minister is reasonably satisfied the statutory notice relates to the current condition or safety of the vessel, and > > > > > (b) the statutory notice has not been complied with or withdrawn. > > > (2) Transport for NSW must record the following information in the register— > > > > > (a) the name of the vessel, > > > > > (b) the vessel registration number for the vessel, > > > > > (c) all or part of the hull identification number for the vessel, > > > > > (d) the Act under which the statutory notice was given, > > > > > (e) the type of statutory notice, > > > > > (f) the date the statutory notice was given. > > > (3) The register must be published on a NSW Government website used by Transport for NSW and be accessible to the public without charge. > > > (4) The regulations may prescribe other matters, including statutory notices, that must or must not be included in the register. > > > (5) In this section— > > > > vessel includes a commercial vessel. > > **s 70A:** Ins 2025 No 12, Sch 1\[55\].
