29 Types of marine safety licences

In this Act, marine safety licence means the following—

(a) vessel registration certificate,

(b) aquatic licence,

(c) bar crossing licence,

(d) boat driving licence,

(e) certificate of local knowledge,

(f) marine pilotage exemption certificate,

(g) marine pilot’s licence,

(h) special recreational vessel permit,

(i) another licence or approval required by or under the marine legislation that is declared by the regulations to be a marine safety licence, whether for all or specified provisions of this Act.
